Every meal at the Happy Haus is all-you-can-eat for little Natalie. She is so happy to finally have a consistently full belly that she often smiles and giggles in between bites. For a girl who previously had few toys and likely never enough to eat, it is amazing to see the joy that it brings her to give to others. Natalie loves to share her toys with us, feeds her bear and dolls pretend food, and feeds the Newfs her leftover dinner.

Generous, indeed! I liked how she took turns feeding one dog, then the other, and so on. Her smiles in between are priceless.
I find Natalie's sweet and calm spirit so endearing. Such a lovely bond with the Newfs. They in turn are so gentle and patient with her.
Natalie clearly has learned how to worm her way into Katie and Louie's hearts. He smiles are gorgeous, Charity, and remind me of some of the photos I have seen of Gary's smile. Am I making that up or do you see it too? xoxoxo

Bonnie, I have caught glimpses of some similarities between Nat and Gary. I love seeing the two of them smiling and laughing together...so sweet.
