This is Louie's EVIL EYE look which is really just his serious toy chewing look. Louie doesn't have a mean bone in his body. We have never heard him growl.

By the time he got done with the blue toy he had it decapitated. Thankfully, Louie never tries to eat the stuffing or cloth. He just likes to make a big mess for me to clean up.

After all that playing Louie needed a nap on the Newf bed.
