He loves them so much and wants so badly for them to love him in return.
With dogs that are timid he instinctively gets down on the floor.
It's as if he is trying to make himself as small as possible so he won't be as intimidating.
This sassy puppy girl wasn't a bit afraid of Louie,
so they just did the usual circle and sniff routine.

I think they just know how to react to the other dogs sometimes. I love watching two friendly dogs meet each other!
My mom wishes I was that good when we meet other puppies. As she puts it "We are still a work in progress" :)
Louie - you are a wonderful ambassador of the breed.
